These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website primelocalgrowth.com and any services provided by Prime Local Growth ("we," "us," or "our"), a veteran-owned sole proprietorship based in Cibolo, Texas. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Prime Local Growth provides local visibility services for service businesses, including but not limited to Google Business Profile optimization, local search optimization, review growth management, reputation management, and local visibility audits. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in your service agreement or proposal.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions on Google or any other search platform. Visibility results depend on factors outside our control including market competition, Google algorithm changes, review volume, location, and ongoing business activity. Any projections or examples shared are illustrative, not guarantees.
The free visibility audit is a complimentary review of your local online presence. It is provided at no charge and does not create an obligation to purchase any service. By requesting an audit, you authorize us to review publicly available information about your business including your Google Business Profile, website, and competitor data.
Current service pricing is listed on our Services page. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Monthly services operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts.
Due to the nature of service work, we do not issue refunds for completed work or for the current billing period. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 14 days at adam@primelocalgrowth.com and we will review and resolve it promptly.
To perform the work effectively, you agree to:
Content we create on your behalf (Google posts, response templates, audit reports) becomes your property upon delivery. We retain the right to reference the work type (not confidential business data) in general portfolio descriptions. Website content, methodology, and branded materials at primelocalgrowth.com remain the property of Prime Local Growth.
We treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g., posting to your Google Business Profile on your behalf). We will never sell or disclose your business data for marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Local Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its platform, algorithm, or policies that affect your visibility or ranking.
No employee, contractor, or representative of Prime Local Growth is authorized to guarantee specific Google rankings or search placement outcomes. Any such representation is unauthorized and not binding. Results vary based on competition, geography, industry, and factors outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalupe County, Texas, or by binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always posted at primelocalgrowth.com/terms.
