Information we collect

When you request an audit, contact us, or apply for a service, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business name and type, city or service area, website, main service, and the business details or concerns you choose to provide.

Our systems also receive technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, and requested page. If you accept optional analytics, we also collect page activity, referring page, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers included in the URL. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

We use vendors to operate the business, including Vercel for hosting and site performance, Google Analytics for optional analytics, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for lead records and audit processing, Resend for transactional email, and Beehiiv for newsletters when you opt in. They may process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics choices

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice. Google Analytics and Vercel analytics load only after you select “Accept analytics.” If you decline, those analytics tools do not load. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the site footer.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International use

Prime Local Growth operates in the United States. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
